It has probably already begun behind the scenes but they will pressure to have the game moved to Jerry World in the future. If not permanently, certainly on a rotational basis.

However, Alabama really needs a 6 ton African Bull elephant on its sidelines.
As soon as sexat joined the SEC, I knew they would push for it. They will claim that it is only "fair". And they will get other SEC teams on board with it. They ruined 2 conferences already, it is only a matter of time before they ruin a third.

I remain hopeful there is enough resistance from the major powers to keep that from happening.

But I no longer care enough to be that broken up over it if they do.

Am I the only one that thinks bringing any animal to a massive stadium filled with screaming people is just bad? Even a dog seems like a bad idea to me but what do I know?
Agreed. I thought bringing the tiger to Death Valley was essentially animal cruelty because the thing had to be either be incredibly agitated/terrified or they had to have doped it up on something.

Same with circuses with live animals...it's not 1890.

Nah, I think they have met their match. The individual member schools in this league are way more powerful than just one school and the leadership of the SEC office is superb. They will have to fall in line.

Tejas means tiles. LOL
Tejas has multiple definitions, including:
  • The name of the state of Texas
The Spanish spelling of the Caddo word taysha, which means "friend" or "ally". The Spanish called the westernmost Caddo peoples "the great kingdom of Tejas" in the 17th century.

  • A Sanskrit word
A Sanskrit word that means "sharp", "luster", or "brilliance". In Hinduism, it can also refer to fire, energy, majesty, or authority. In Hindu philosophy, it describes the metaphysical and celestial elements of human perception and cognition.

  • A Spanish word
A Spanish word that can mean "brick", "roofing tile", or "slate". :D :D :D :D :D

    • A barrio in Puerto Rico
There are barrios named Tejas in Humacao, Las Piedras, and Yabucoa, Puerto Rico.

I'll go with barrio. There's enough Spanish speakers in Texas for that.

In fact, to reply to my post above. I personally think Bevo would consistently score in the top 10% percentile of correct calls made if he was allowed to officiate SEC games...

The thing about the Colorado bison and bevo is that if they decide I want to go over here or there, it doesn't matter how many frat boys have ropes on me,I'm going. I do like them though, they are cool.

Seems like Ralphy drug one around a few years ago like a rag doll when the guy fell while running beside him.
