I wish someone would create a BAMA add-on for Firefox. (that's a hint for you whiz kids)
Yes, add some pizazz for the upcoming season.

OMG there are people using IE?
I thought the same thing. What I wondered about was the 75% IE users.

Doesn't surprise me to see more IE than anything else. I know I'm on more at work than I am at home and I bet most workplaces, as mine does, use IE. I use Firefox at home.
Could be the answer, I can only surf at home and IE has been gone from here for years.

Yup, that's me. :)

I never could see why people think it's fun to learn new programs and upgrades, etc., on the computer. AOL has everything I want/need. And if they still supported it, I'd probably still be using the old DOS 3 version I learned it with, in the first place....I sure was mad when they quit supporting that!

Well, actually, no--I guess I couldn't get streaming video if I was still using DOS, so I couldn't see the stuff on Crimson Tradition and Tidesports...So I'm glad broadband got invented, even though setting up my computer to receive it like to have killed me. :)
Are you sure that you are not using an abacus with a modem???

May want to try the hi def monitor..............................

I apologize if I'm hijacking this thread. I use Firefox mostly, but on occasions, I have to use IE. I have noticed that when I view posts in IE, they appear to be an hour ahead, but in Firefox, the timestamps are 6 hours ahead. Can anyone either help me or direct me to the correct forum to post this question? Thanks in advance.

I'm using firefox 3 and everything appears normal. However, here's how you can check your time settings:

1) Click on USERCP/OPTIONS near the top left.
2) Click EDIT OPTIONS
3) on the resulting page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can set/change/check timestamp settings there.

Note that if you're not logged in, the default time is now set to CENTRAL time (it was, for some weird reason, on Eastern time until just a few minutes ago).

let us know if this works ok for you or not!

Brett, thank you so much for your time. I upgraded to and am now using Firefox3, but the time stamps are still 6 hours ahead of here. I did not find anything that said userscp/option on either the previous version I had or in version 3. It's really not that big a deal as I can get by like it is. Once again, thanks for trying to help.

The "userscp/option" is near the top left of the TIDEFANS page (see image below...it's near the thread title about 1/4 down the page) :)

BINGO!!! Thank you Brett and CA for the help. I don't post here very much, but I frequent this site several times a day to keep up with football and recruiting. This is the only place I go to get info on The Tide. Keep up the fantastic work as all the mods and admins do a great job in making this place great.
