:eek:Coach is taking off the muzzles ?

Duke , thanks for the heads-up .

Not a whole lot to it other than making the media look like idiots. Prothro will have another surgery, and listed some other players who will be out or limited for spring practice. The medical evaluation of Zeke Knight is ongoing.

How about some details 323? Any big names mentioned?

I recall a few names, but honestly can't remember who is out and who is limited to some extent.....Barnes, Capps, J. Johns (somewhat limited with a splint I believe), A. McDaniel, Oakley (non-contact as I recall).

Who is that ?:conf3: Did you mean Aaron McDaniel ?

I'm sure there will be a transcript out soon to post, but to summarize what was talked about:

First and foremost, yes he was sporting a Alabama Crimson Tide polo.

Said the team is into it's 5th week of the off-season program.

Preaching consistency in performance.

Successful spring for him will be to have every player playing to their full potential.

Players he listed as out, as of right now: Prothro/Will have another surgery and A.McDaniel/Did not give reason. J. Johns will be limited due to a splint. Z. Knight is still being evaluated on his situation. And the players he listed as limited non-contact were J.Barnes, W.Oakley, C.Capps, and L.Washington.

The depth chart will be open during the spring....and throughout the season. He wants the best players out on the field, whether it be from the first to second game, fifth to sixth game, or tenth to eleventh game, if your performing better than the next man, you'll be playing.

and last, but not least, he preached about having discipline, discipline, and well, having more discipline.

I like what he said about leaders...and having to have certain one lead the team. He said everyone should lead and not depend on someone else to get them excited about doing their job.

Just the really important stuff .
