I think our needs will ultimately dictate that he play OT. With the style of O we're going to play under Nick, we need bulldozers like this guy making gaping holes for Trent Richardson and Glenn Coffee to run through....I guess my only concern is how good of a pass-blocking guy is he, considering his career will probably mirror that of AJ....

He's still learning the position but he has all the physical tools to become a dominant pass blocker. Once he gets his footwork down he should be a "franchise" caliber OT IMO.

A bit of an update on Fluker...

He confirmed today that he will be taking an official visit to LSU, and you can rest assured that they will put the absolute full-court press on for him. He's originally a native of New Orleans, Louisiana that moved around after Hurricane Katrina, and they have been going very hard after him for over a year now.

That said, we should still be okay. Fluker has been committed to us for a year now, and it's unlikely that he will change his mind, particularly considering that he is at Foley and is very good friends with dang near the entire Alabama roster. Anything can happen, but I'd be extremely surprised if he reneged on us. The odds of LSU turning him, I figure, are lower than the odds of us turning Janzen Jackson (which I think are extremely low in their own right).
