That's what we needed. We probably wont hear his name very much the next few years, but down the road he may develop into a quality QB.He is a guy with a high ceiling and not a threat to scare off Bateman. Perfect developmental QB to RS, add depth, and wait his turn.
Agree. I know most all kids dream of being a big star and being the NFL MVP, but the smart ones know its a long shot at best. Maybe he wants to be the proud owner of a few rings and get a great education at such a great traditional institution as Alabama! The lessons he will learn at Bama from coach Saban and crew if he stays the course will be with him and make him successful for the rest of his life! Hard to put a number as to the value of such an experience for a young man in these days and times. That's what we needed. We probably wont hear his name very much the next few years, but down the road he may develop into a quality QB.

maybe that he has a total rocket on his right shoulder with a tall lanky frame that will allow him to get even stronger...Kinda wonder what they see in him. We're the only big school that offered...and no in-state schools offered him.
edit: i did not mean that in a negative way. just making observations based on what his info says.
Last year he completed 64% of his passes with an 18:4 TD to interception ratio. And had 10.2 yards per attempt (probably the most overlooked statistic related to a quarterback). Those numbers aren't eye-popping, but they're pretty sporty.Kinda wonder what they see in him. We're the only big school that offered...and no in-state schools offered him.

I am Parker MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. I was born in 1995 in the village of Marietta on the outskirts of Atlanta. And I am a quarterback."There can only be one..."

But where they stand TODAY is that Morris is about to start practicing in UA facilities, get coached by one of the best coaching staffs in the nation and learn under a NC winning QB whereas Bateman is living in Utah. I think TODAY looks pretty good for Morris too. Bateman is definitely the higher recruit for his class but with Morris getting a year ahead of Bateman and having a great skill set too, I think that will help Morris to compete against the QBs coming inI am excited about Morris, but he isn't in the same realm as Bateman when it comes to where they stand TODAY.
Do you mean McLeod?I am excited about Morris, but he isn't in the same realm as Bateman when it comes to where they stand TODAY.
