Yep, but all that goes hand in hand.He was still baited into throwing two terrible interceptions that game. Regardless of what is going on offensively, those passes should’ve never been thrown.

Oh ok, that make much more senseI didn't say trickery. Fluky is the word I used. But you are referring to the main thing I was thinking. Our OL showed up and showed out in this game unlike at any other time last year. Remember how they looked against AU? But a week later they looked like a different team.
It wasn't luck or trickery but somehow we managed to play our best game of the year in that game but then turned around against UM and looked confused again.
i can't wait to see how deboer handles those two and tennessee.Underrated post.
CNS is the best, but how tight he routinely coached against LSU and Auburn drove me crazy!
despite all of our warts last year, we were scrappy as hell. i don't get the feeling that has gone away. i think if we can just avoid repeatedly stepping on our own junk, we will be in a good position to win at the end of the day.My thoughts? We find out what we have.
I honestly think that would be foolish. He's good for a 17 year old but he's not Julio Jones or something at least not right now. If they did that we'd have another speedy WR running open. Our offense doesn't run through Ryan Williams like that at this point he's just a good weapon
I was saying this the other day. With how Milroe showed out running the ball at Wisconsin, Kirby has to be sweating wondering what to do.It was foolish to put two spies on Milroe in the SECCG, but Kirby did it and did it all game.
Underrated post.

That’s a huge if… not many teams can do both. They are supposed to have a very good Defensive Backfield. So I bet they'll do everything they can to stop the deep ball.
Probably comes down to who wins the OL/DL matchup when we are on offense and whether we can establish a run with our RBs and JMs legs.
If they stop the deep ball and shut down the running game, we won't win.

We may have to live with some short completions to keep everything in front of us.The only thing that scares me about this game is our secondary. The first 3 teams we have played have had open receivers way down field and fortunately for us those 3 quarterbacks were not accurate. Carson Beck is accurate.
Correct, plus we have a new system on offense and defense. The whole SEC was prepared for us the last 4 seasons.Another plus is that Kirby has to watch film on DeBoer, Deboer has Saban to help on Kirby!

I expect them to try to do exactly that. But I just don't think they have the talent to do it. We have too many weapons and we're too explosive.
But I have said that this is the game that will determine who will be QB1 for the rest of the season.
If JM plays well, or if the staff can scheme around his strengths well enough for us to win, he is the man.
If not, I expect to see TS get a valid shot to show what he can do.
That was usually the case with Bennett, and if I’m not mistaken we dropped at least two of Becks. Seems like every time we face them turnovers usually come at an opportune time for us (ex: forced fumble in SECCG, Battle pick-6, INT to end a Georgia drive in our territory in 2020)We need to make sure we are sound in the run defense and keep UGA off schedule. I think Beck has 2 INT’s in him.
I mean, good luck.I do what USF did crash the line fill every gap to stop the run no matter who is running the ball. Bracket cover WRs and force JM to throw to the Slot, TE, and RBs.
If JM struggles, bring in TS against this same defense and he will carve them up Thanksgiving turkey.
