Same too Ya! Fran let JaMarcus get away!KTeamLSU said:Both teams left it on the field. Good luck rest of the season
Congratulations on a well deserved victory! You guys came through in the clutch, and Bama fans know a little bit about the kind of heart that takes....Bayoubeast said:Congrats 'Bama fans. It's not often that a game lives up to its pre-game billing. Thse teams play 10 times, each wins five. Two unbelievable defenses. I did think you guys abandoned the run in the 2nd half. That was working the 1st. Beat the peace pigeins next week. A super, fabulous game.
He may be inconsistent as all get out... but he has ice water in his veins and is clutch... you guys played a hell of a game and shouldn't be sad... someone had to win.ldlane said:Same too Ya! Fran let JaMarcus get away!
I agree with ya about the run, especially some of the off tackle runs. Although I think the dropped passes hurt more so than anything else!Bayoubeast said:Congrats 'Bama fans. I don't think is was so much that the run was abandoned as it was LSU stacking the box. We ran on 1st down several times that went no where, runs that worked in the first half. It was the drops that killed, it allowed LSU to stop the run. You know you have alot of drops when the guys calling the game are giving a running total. You could really see Brodie's frustration in this one when they would drop a pass.Bayoubeast said:Congrats 'Bama fans. It's not often that a game lives up to its pre-game billing. I agree that the Tide's dropped passes were a huge factor that allowed LSU to tie up the score in the second half. It was a very close game . . . and it was a game that I'm very proud of as a LSU fan.Tide64 said:I don't think is was so much that the run was abandoned as it was LSU stacking the box.
