Question: How easy is it to find (scalped) tickets on game day?

I haven't been to a basketball game since I was a student 12 years ago. Even back then, I never had to worry about finding tickets.

I know Coleman doesn't fill up for basketball games, but are extra tickets readily available outside the coliseum?

Getting tickets is extremely easy. You should not have to pay anything more than face value. If the scalpers somehow run out, walk to the ticket window and pay face.

I've got 3 tickets for Saturday, but also have some family in MS that was interested in driving over to meet and go to the game. I thought that we could probably buy at the ticket window, but I called the ticket office today and she said that all SEC games are now sold out.

Pretty sure that's a lie. If the tv is at all accurate they are not sold out.

I checked rolltide.com 2 minutes ago, tickets are available for the Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Auburn games. They are most certainly NOT sold out.

So my ongoing saga of PATHETIC customer service from the ticket office continues. Anyone know to whom I should address a letter stating my dissatisfaction?

It's pathetic and sad that the ticket office workers are so inept. It's been that way since they started hiring students only.

They probably thought you were asking about football tickets.;)

I would send an e-mail to Mal Moore.
