Only the final 1500 tickets were bought out and given to students/staff/faculty of OSU. That means that over 10K of the allotment was already sold. After that had happened, I was still able to buy tickets from rolltide.com between the 10 and 20 yard line (I didn't complete the purchase, but I was curious). That means that Bama hadn't even sold 8K tickets.

Then after that, on most of the OSU boards the fact that good seats were available on the Bama side was made public. Then by the end of the week there were only end zone seats left. My guess is that there will be 50% more orange at the stadium than red (not counting corporate seats because who can really tell how those will go?).

Ok State in their last 9 games, excluding Texas and they scored 10 there, has been averaging 3+ touchdowns and a field goal or two.

Alabama has had no ability to score and has no field goal kicker.

That being the undisputed facts, how can just about everybody on this thread be picking Alabama to win?????????

I really hate to say it, but I'm with you. I don't see this going well for us. We just have no way of knowing which team will show up: the one that struggled with Duke, or the one that should have beaten Arkansas... yes if Rader had been calling the plays instead of Shula that game might have gone differently, but we don't know for sure what the outcome could have been.

As things are right now, we have a team that struggled to score all season and is currently trying to figure out who the next coach will be going against an OSU team that very nearly beat Oklahoma.

I hope I'm wrong, but I see something like Bama 10 OSU 24.

I know most won't give Bama a chance because of the coaching vacancy, but I believe Coach Kines runs a tight ship and will have them focused for this game. I think this will be closer than most of you think. Bama hasn't exactly been a scoring machine and I don't look for that to change in just one month. But I like our defense and think maybe they score one for us in this game to help out.
For all the Oklahoma State Cowboy fans, looking forward to the game and good luck, but hoping Bama comes out on top. Roll Tide !!:BigA:

I don't see a dramatic change in the product on the field. Solid defense and anemic offense will continue. We may see the offense with a little more fire, but you can't undo a year of training in one month.
