I'm at a loss....if he hasn't made known his decision, how do we know he's re-considering, or has he said he had made a decision?

Well I don't think it is over yet by any means. As I said in my post above there were no quotes from Jackson in the BGN report. I know how the sites try to slant what the prospect says towards their fans. We won't have to wait long to know what the reall situation is.
I agree. Could be just an overzealous reporter. If so, it could hurt their chances more than help.

His decision has been made for a while now. Most everyone thinks he will commit to Alabama on Tuesday. I still think that myself. I was just passing along what the WV site was saying in print. I am beginning to really disbelieve their story for three big reasons.

1. There are no quotes from Jackson.
2. They didn't even get the day of his announcement right.
3. No other recruiting sites or newspapers are reporting a charge of heart for Jackson.

Here is a story about Jackson's game last Friday night.

Trojans' ground attack too much for Lancers
Jackson, considered to be one of the top quarterbacks in the state, completed 7 of 18 passes and rushed for two touchdowns.

Jackson was stymied by a group of receivers who could not haul in several of his passes. At one point, Jackson threw eight straight incompletions.

One of those incompletions was actually an interception by Frandy Ovinas, who made a juggling catch in the Leonard end zone.

They burn their own couches when they win a big game or lose a big game. That is waaaay worse than rolling your own yard. Can't put much stock in anything that the folks in Morgoon Town have to say.

Guys we should be worried. Star went up to WV where he saw their awesome stadium that sits 40,000. Not to mention he saw their great facilities that included such things as those awesome metal lockers in the locker room. However, what i believed sealed the deal was how close to true civilization he would be if he moved there. I mean the nearest McD's is only a thiry minute horse carriage ride away. Not to mention they have a great coal mining career program. Seriously what could have impressed him up there?

Pat White and the offense.
Star is not a Pat White kind of QB IMHO. Yes he has the athletic ability to run when he needs to or wants to but he looks to pass first and I think he would benefit much more from a more balanced offense instead of the run happy one he would see at WVU. I still believe he'll announce his intention to sign with Bama tomorrow.
