He will be a good one for you guys as long as his head is in it. This is his last to chance to do well and make it to the league. I think you all will like him, we did as a freshman.

If there is any coach in the nation that can set him straight, its Saban. He came to the right place if he wants to develop the dicipline to make it to the pros. Under Kiffin is a horrible place to be for a young man with issues. With his build, he better be great in pass protection. Is it true that he's not even 300lbs? Does anybody have info on his particular skill set? This was an immediate position of need, and Saban filled it. We have the best staff in the nation.

Former Vol Aaron Douglas signs with Alabama | wbir.com
Former Tennessee football player and Maryville Rebel Aaron Douglas signed with the University of Alabama.

Douglas' family told WBIR that he signed his papers Thursday evening. Douglas was planning to visit Oregon this weekend, but decided to go ahead and commit to the Tide.

Douglas left Tennessee after the 2009 season for personal reasons. The offensive tackle played at Arizona Western College last season. He will have two year of eligibility remaining at Alabama.

Seems like a good pick-up. This should, in theory, allow Cyrus to redshirt and get a year in the S&C program before he and Arie dominate for a few years.

After a little searching.... He was All SEC at right tackle as a redshirt freshman. He was recruited as a TE and moved to tackle after spring practice.

Every year Saban has been here he gets a highly touted JUCO in the area we suffered the most in the previous year. This year he gets two, he must be really ....ed off. Williams is gonna wreak havoc, and Douglas should be a good one if he keeps his head in the right place. I wouldn't be surprised to see Kouandijo take Fluker's spot if Douglas gets the other one.

Did AD start as a freshman at UT?

Shouldn't he be rated a 4*+?
Rivals said that they haven't recieved his film from this year yet. After they review it, he will most likely get a bump, but I don't know how much of one.

All-SEC as a redshirt? He must've been good lookin' on the sidelines ;)
