...I keep thinking he will burn his bridges, but he continues to fall into piles of poop and comes out smelling like a rose. Like I said in another post, he will probably get the Dallas Cowboys's job next. Oh, I forgot that USC was his dream job.

I fully expect him to be offered the Dallas job, if he wins less then 8 games next year. His advancement is one of the strangest style-over-substance stories I've ever witnessed.

Personally, I think his biggest threat is due any day now and will be issued by The NCAA Infractions Committee.

It's not just Vol fans, buddy. EVERYONE hates you. Why?

Because you were born on third base, yet you talk and act like you hit a home run.

You disrespect great coaches that worked their way to the top without the benefit of a famous name and (once) well-respected father.

You run your mouth without the benefit of ever letting your brain get in on the act. You make accusations about which you don't have a clue. You never let facts or better judgement get in the way of saying what you want. It is evident that you were pampered and protected by your parents because no-one with your lack of judgement and couth would have lived to your age without help. Someone would have bashed your haughty, arrogant skull in by now or nature would have culled you from the gene pool.

It's a shame that there are enough fools in the world that you have been afforded the opportunities that you have, but rest assured that you'll end up where you belong eventually. It's just a shame that so many people have been forced to tolerate your ignorance and attitude and that more deserving coaches were denied the opportunities that you've been handed apparently only because of your name. I've seen no evidence that you ever deserved them and even if you do possess the coaching ability to justify them, your other inadequacies and faults easily negate it.

I can't wait to hear what foolishness you will spout when comeuppance catches up with you... if that comeuppance gives quarter for you to speak.

Maybe he did, but there's plenty enough reason to think he is just making it up. He lied about "firing" people when he first arrived at UT, because they weren't "pulling their weight", so to speak.

Anything is possible with vol fans, but I have a feeling this is a PR move. You make a statement like that and you dont have to prove anything. It makes the public have a little sympathy for you. And in typical Kiffin style, its also a way to take a shot at someone. The few vol friends that I have are glad hes gone.
