I was going to work this morning and KRMD radio station 101.1 FM was having a radio broadcast with the theme of "LSU Tailgate Party". It sounded like they were at the LSU fan store at one of the malls doing the broadcast. It was a bash Nick Saban fest (not bama) and there wasn't much off limits as to what they allowed on the air.
The store said they already had T-Shirts available to the public that says LSU won. I wouldn't think a score would be on the shirt but something signifying LSU won the game. I thought I miss heard the comment but the DJ a minute later came back and said it again. Talk about embarrassing if they get beat.
What's sad is they're not even talking about the LSU team, THEIR TEAM. They're spending more time talking about Nick Saban. Nick Saban's name is being pumped all across the ArkLaTex (free advertising) over and over and over. The ultimate disrespect is to ignore someone as if they don't even matter. I think the better thing would be for them to focus on their team, their coach and their accomplishments. Rather than giving air time to someone they can't stand. That stuff can backfire on you real quick.
