.....he was probably sent home for drinking-related issues......He has probably made some very bad decisions.....all of that is hearsay and rumor. I'm going to choose to not assassinate the guy for my assumptions. I'll let him ruin his own reputation......
Manziel will probably fall apart soon, but it hasn't happened yet. I will wait for the real downfall of Manziel.
....feel free to bash him. I am just choosing not to. Yet.
Having trouble deciding how you feel about this, lol?

I went looked at Wiki about Thibodaux, LA. Here is what I came away with -

1) Population - 14,000+
2) Home to Nicholls State (enrollment 7,000)
3) They have cable TV

If you cant behave yourself in a town like that you have a problem my friend...

JM is about like Reese Bobby, he could probably get thrown out of an Applebee's if he went in one.
Thibodeaux is right down the road from a couple of helicopter bases I have worked at, so I've been through there. It's about the size of Ozark, Alabama, which is just big enough for a young man with too much energy and not enough direction to find trouble.

I hope JM grows up faster than I did. There are stories about Ozark that I won't tell.

Definitely a great talent but seems like spoiled, rich syndrome...

I thought the same, but in reality, his Dad is a hard working self made millionaire in the home development business and never cut Johnny any slack. He bought him a new car in high school and gave him one condition--"Stay away from alcohol your junior and senior year".
Shortly thereafter Johnny was pulled over and the officer smelled alcohol on his breath. He took him in and he tested "over the limit".
In court his Dad told the judge, "I will not pay his fine". The judge then ordered Johnny to do community service. His Dad then asked the judge to double the amount of time.
Afterwards, Mr. Manzeil took away the car and never gave it back. Instead, he gave Johnny an old clunker pickup that stayed broke down more than it ran.
Obviously a attempt to demonstrate to Johnny that he should appreciate the gifts he's given.
So he seems like a pretty strong Dad, but so far his efforts to settle Johnny down haven't worked obviously.
He recently said a New York Times interview, "There comes a point where you have to grow up and accept responsibility for your own actions".
He followed that statement by saying, "Johhny's not there yet".
Says a lot.

Appreciate that, 'sip. My Dad sold my car and kept the money after I had an 'incident', so the story rings true. Still, every young man will be his own man. As I said earlier, I just hope JM grows up quicker than I did myself.

I`d love to know how his team mates REALLY feel about his antics.

Joe Schad reporting a source told him Manziel apologized to the A&M staff and was told to come clean about why he left the Manning Camp.
