Yeah it would. Sad but true. This would be the most Titans thing I’ve seen if they did it
As a Titan fan... nope. lolTitans could draft Sanders at the top of the 4th to compete with Ward![]()
As a fellow Titans fan, I know we both wouldn’t be surprised if management did it.Yeah it would. Sad but true.
Only about 900K of that is a signing bonus. 6.26 mil is over 4 years, and if Milroe is cut next year, then he won’t get the entire amount
I remember when the Cowboys took Aikman in the draft and then Steve Walsh in the supplemental draft that same year. Apparently, Jimmy Johnson preferred Walsh, presumably because he coached him in college, but he couldn't beat out Aikman, and the rest is history. This would be the most Titans thing I’ve seen if they did it
Coach Saban is correct that Milroe gives the Seahawks an element on offense that no one else in the draft can give them. I'm not sure that's a good thing, but it is factually correct.
Right, and half of that going to taxes and such. I don’t think he’ll get cut if he’ll give up the idea of playing QB. But I doubt that happens.Only about 900K of that is a signing bonus. 6.26 mil is over 4 years, and if Milroe is cut next year, then he won’t get the entire amount
Maybe. Let’s not act like Prime would be the first parent to do that though, and the NFL drafted the player anyway. We will probably never know the full story, but it would not surprise me if a few teams have called Shedeur during the draft and got a mouthful from Prime Time so they backed off. You draft Shedeur, you are also drafting his father. NFL teams don’t want to have to deal with him trying to control things from the outside. I 100% believe, more than Shedeur’s cocky attitude, his father is the reason for this fall.
That is far more believable than the few here that believed Tommy Rees was going to be the reason that he became a Brown.Seahawks.....Grubb must have convinced them they had a diamond in the rough. Hahaha
He’s already talking smack about his revenge tour on teams who passed on him. That is far more believable than the few here that believed Tommy Rees was going to be the reason that he became a Brown.
I think the truth of Milroe was revealed in this process in that he was a 4th round grade that was elevated because of his potential running. What ultimately costed him was not throwing at the Combine and his mouth. The NFL really doesn’t like to deal with young guys who haven’t done anything that think they are the GOAT because of their god given talent.
Hopefully the drop humbles him and he can be a success, but the running logic for most kids who slide “well I’m going to be the next Brady story”. That’s good, fine, and dandy but Brady totally committed every second of his life to prove everyone wrong even after he was already the GOAT. That is a lifestyle not a temporary “I told you so” campaign. You already see Sanders’s camp championing that position.
Best of luck for Jalen, hopefully he can fix what he needs and get a second contract
Well, hopefully this is sign he’ll take the LANK crap with him as far away from Tuscaloosa as possible!!!I doubt the drop will humble him. He is already running his mouth about the teams that passed over him.
He’s already talking smack about his revenge tour on teams who passed on him.
He doesn’t have a humble cell in his body.
He’s the same guy who popped off about BoB saying he’s not a QB.
The thing about it is that most of these organizations have different scouts that are specifically there to give over optimistic and over negative draft grades on prospects. The draft is a game in which you are trying to make teams reach or pass on picks in order to get your picks at the right price. So you use scouts to give the public these grades.I doubt the drop will humble him. He is already running his mouth about the teams that passed over him.
Pretty big pay cut; he will have to adjust his lifestyle.Only about 900K of that is a signing bonus. 6.26 mil is over 4 years, and if Milroe is cut next year, then he won’t get the entire amount
