You'll get an email first notifying you of the impending letter.I need to go through my mail...I am 99% sure I didn't get anything from UA...but all these people talking about it is making me nervous. I had faculty/staff tickets through the 2006 season...but put myself on the list towards the end.
I never got any e-mail. My letter just came out of the blue. It shocked me more than anything because I had just about given up hope on ever getting season tix. Last year, I thought I wouldn't get to go to a game due to finances, but amazingly I won a pair of tickets to the Bama-Arkansas game in some Toyota contest out of B'ham. That was fun! You'll get an email first notifying you of the impending letter.
Boy am I glad I jumped in when they first announced this back in the dark days (Curry).I thought many a times during the Shula years about buying multiple tickets just because I could. I knew if we turned it around those tickets would be like gold. Geesh was I right. How many times have I regretted not buying more...oh well, I should be thankful for the seats I have. I'm glad to see some movement in the Tide Pride list.
Wait, so on your initial form to join Tide Pride there was an option to upgrade to Bama or Touchdown? Did anyone else who was in the first two rounds of invites get that option? That scenario played out for me, as well, deskclerk. Small wonders never cease, but this big one was well-timed and much appreciated! Bama or Touchdown?

Good luck with allllllllllllll that.I've just recently go ton the list. I hoping to make it in within the next 3-5 years.
I have been in the Touchdown club since 1999. To me, it hits the "sweet spot" between the too-expensive scholarship seats and the lower levels where your seats aren't as good. That scenario played out for me, as well, deskclerk. Notice I said hoping, not expecting!Good luck with allllllllllllll that.
They actually offered either amazingly. I went with Bama. Touchdown was VERY tempting, but I want to see where they put me in a Bama section first. If i'm on the isle six feet from the Touchdown section next door, it will have been a good wager. If i'm in the top row on the other side of the Bama section, i'll start beggin for another upgrade next year:biggrin2:That scenario played out for me, as well, deskclerk. I don't blame you...those are great seats. I suspect my children will be lucky to see our seats in the west lowers...and I have no children yet:smile:I have been in the Touchdown club since 1999. My seats are in lower level, West stands. We have been sitting with the same people for 10 years now and we love where we sit. Even if we were offered the option to upgrade, we would not.
