I know from what everyone is saying, that Alabama can’t compete with both Texas schools in regards to NIL money, but how far is Alabama behind when it comes to this? What’s being done to turn this into our advantage? Thanks!
I’m sorry, I didn’t realize this was a teaser title. I’m just trying to understand where Alabama is in regards to NILNo teaser titles.
Yeah the whole homesick thing didn’t seem as important from his own words.Well, the articles posted in the transfer portal about Proctor seem to show we have some work to do. He claimed the NIL package @ Iowa was better than Bama. If true, that’s unacceptable. The Saban discount is gone.
Maybe, but he may be the only 5 star on the Iowa roster. Alabama has to pay for a bunch of these guys. I would bet that Alabama's total NIL spend dwarfs that of Iowa.Well, the articles posted in the transfer portal about Proctor seem to show we have some work to do. The fans raised over $100,000 for NIL the day Proctor hit the portal. They didn't want to take chances.Well, the articles posted in the transfer portal about Proctor seem to show we have some work to do. He claimed the NIL package @ Iowa was better than Bama. This is exactly the point I’ve been trying to make. Yes, we are behind. We may not like it, but unless it’s changed we will have to get with the program or get left behind. The best players in the country are simply not going to turn down 1 Mil+ offers from other schools to come to Bama “just because”..I know from what everyone is saying, that Alabama can’t compete with both Texas schools in regards to NIL money, but how far is Alabama behind when it comes to this? I don't think the donations to an NIL collective by fans like us is the main objective. I agree, I won't donate either.I’m sorry, but I will never donate a penny to an NIL collective.
This entire scene has gotten too stupid, too fast.
Create some kind of revenuse-sharing plan between the schools and the players, or make them employees.
The very concept of average people donating their limited resources to pay for college players is ridiculous to me.
I’ll quit watching before I start funding this nonsense.
