I have one set up at Yahoo sports... password is ROLLTIDE, all caps. No spread but there are confidence points and it will feature the SEC games.

Could you explain how in the world to play fantasy football? I have never figured it out.

I've never gotten into that either because I always thought it was a *U site. Seems to me it's the only way they can win the BCS title honestly. :biggrin:

I've seen fantasy football add significant stress to various friends, making them actually enjoy a season less than before. I already get way into the games, & enjoy watching all of them (even lesser schools' teams' games). Thus, I don't do any fantasy leagues. But apparently there aren't many of us willful non-participants left.

As to the pick 'em, glad to know there'll be another this year. Everyone should participate, as it's quite humbling to get the results. :biggrin: I don't think I was mathematically eliminated last year until, oh, about week 2. :biggrin2: I'm pretty sure Rich's dog picked better than I did...

Due to my move back to ATL over the last week, I've not been able to be online much (i'm only connected via my mifi right until tomorrow). If i can get it up and working by tomorrow we'll have one starting this first week. Otherwise, we'll start after with week 2. Sorry !

Is there going to be one? I saw another thread asking the same question. However, I interpreted the mods answer "first week" being this would be the week that it starts. I do not see it posted anywhere. Does "first week" mean it will start after this weekend?

I'm sure Brett will have it up and going as soon as possible. The "official" Pick 'Em is ran completely through this site. Brett usually likes to give everyone several days to get their submissions in, so he's not likely to throw it up this late in the week. Thursday night matchups have historically been excluded.

The contest is available to any/all Tidefans members. There is no limit on participants and no timetable on signing up. The contest has weekly winners (who picks most games correctly for the week) and a season prize (total correct picks over the course of the season.)
