If you were betting on a game, Bama vs tcu, who would you bet on?
Plus, Bama has better talent & play in a tougher conference.

I'd agree with that. Bama was also favored against UT and LSU. I truly think Bama could beat any team in the country but could also lose to any team in the top ten.I would make Bama a 10.5 point favorite over TCU on a neutral field.
meh I say on a neutral field we probably lose to all of them except Georgia. On a neutral field and I had to bet my house...
Bama - UGA... I'd pick UGA (ugh...)
Bama - OSU... I'd pick OSU (ugh again...)
Bama - Mich... I'd pick Bama (I know... Mich. beat OSU... still...)
Bama - TCU... I'd pick Bama (and hope the pass defense shows up.)
Bama - USC... I'd pick Bama
So if the Playoff Committee would listen to the Fossil, they'd put Bama in the playoffs!
Now I await the pundits who opine that I'd be homeless many times over...

Depends on where it is. Given this year's results, I'd probably take TCU @ home, and maybe a neutral site.If you were betting on a game, Bama vs tcu, who would you bet on?

True, but remember that our star quarterback was playing at about 70% at best in both of those games.I'd agree with that. Bama was also favored against UT and LSU. I truly think Bama could beat any team in the country but could also lose to any team in the top ten.
The one glimmer of hope is that Alabama was ranked ahead of TCU with 1 loss in the initial rankings. But how much of that is true today remains to be seen.I don’t think there’s any way a 1-loss TCU falls below a 2-loss Alabama, especially when their one loss was in OT in a conference championship game.
If they’d gotten clocked like USCw did, maybe. But given what actually happened, no way.
Plus, even if we somehow snuck in, I think we’d be a material underdog against any of the other three. Any of their lines would dominate us on both sides of the LOS, and we don’t have the coaches to scheme around that.
So, what you're saying is that it's an email from my grandma?i don’t think these are teasers… I think these are him trying to type a rant in the title box but the title box just capped out with characters
49 points should've been enough to win in Knoxville. With the possible exception of Miss State, we rarely played at a championship level in all 3 phases of the game.True, but remember that our star quarterback was playing at about 70% at best in both of those games.
We gave up more points to Tennessee than we had given up in 115 years.49 points should've been enough to win in Knoxville. With the possible exception of Miss State, we rarely played at a championship level in all 3 phases of the game.
