You're looking at it wrong. Those are teams in the CFP most hated by the state. So Alaska hates Texas most. No clue why. Notice Alabama hates Michigan most. I would have thought Texas.
That was my point...

I guess because Tejas is playing Washington.

Fact many hate bama no doubt they are tired of us winning, but also Fact many more world wide still love watching the best play. I dare you to go to Italy like Nick did and hear people greet you with go dawgs or hook em horns or go michigan LOL but Nick got Roll tide. Send their coaches to italy, no one would even know who they are. it is good being a bama fan year round and world wide we rule college football on every level.
Well said! I mean, how many US universities have a freaking fan store in Jerusalem! https://1819news.com/news/item/owne...-stay-while-alabama-citizens-offer-rescue-aid

I wanna know what Washington did to New Mexico
Perhaps it has something to do with a RB named Aaron Dumas. Out of HS Dumas wanted to play for Kalen DeBoer who was at Fresno State at the time but unfortunately the school ran out of scholarships so Dumas settled on the University of New Mexico. He had a good freshman season there (2021) but didn't like the way he was being utilized and thought he had a chance with a P5 school so he entered the portal (2022). Within a few days DeBoer, just named the HC at Washington contacted him about transferring there and naturally Dumas jumped at the opportunity. However UW also got a couple other RB's in the portal and it turned out Dumas never got any playing time at all there. So he entered the portal again and ended up at UTEP having to sit out 2023 because apparently his waiver was rejected.

Now I can't say for certain if that is the reason New Mexico hates Washington but that's the only reason I can think of at the moment. Maybe they still like Dumas in New Mexico and thought DeBoer didn't give him a decent chance.
