Which would be even more pathetic seeing the coaches are getting paid to do their jobs. But either way. Whatever he said or did in the locker room worked and they came out and played Alabama football. But there was no doubt the physicality drastically changed in the second half. I'm hoping we don't have this problem next season or LSU will be in the SECCG again.

I don't think it was effort as much as scheme...CNS said that they went to nickel the 2nd half...if you noticed we played a 3-3-5 with the extra DB all over the place. This even took away a lot of their runs by beating the bigger blockers. When the players saw that the scheme was working, they took off and played really well.

Agreed - you need big wins if you have a loss.

And big wins should be subject to scrutiny. Beating Baylor twice equals what? Utah? I certainly don't know the answer but I think we all know where this is leading....expanded playoffs!
