I agree 100% with ya..Like us..The Barn are after bigger fish too fry..But it would not shock me should he pull a shocker & choose The Barn again..I could see Spencer doing it firm offer or not..Spencer has been a strange recruit..

The one sure thing about Region is that he has provided alot of internet fodder this past year. It will be interesting to see where he lands because his recruitment has been all over the country.

I was so happy the Spencer Region was way down the thread. Now it is back on top. Oh well. This kid isn't confused. He's got bigger problems than that. Brent Calloway might be confused. Spencer on the other hand......

Down to Clemson and Auburn, huh? In other words, despite his barnstorming the country, Alabama, Texas, LSU, and Wisconsin wouldn't give him the time of day.
I highly doubt Auburn would take him. I'll bet he ends up at Clemson, if they'll take him. And from there... well, I'll say I feel sorry for any quarterback that he has to pass block for.

Region is from my area and I remember when Saban came here last year to see him or talk to coach. Small town so everyone was talking. Within the next couple days he went to a store and had a Bama cap and was going to put it on and commit to Bama, then he pulled a Auburncapt out from underneath and said he was going to Auburn. I wish him well, but at the time it did not set well with me. Too early to be playing that game. From that point on I didn't care if we even recruited him at all.

He would fit right in at Auburn and I actually think he could have a good career there. I'd love nothing more than seeing our guys run over him and Brent Calloway for four years.

Truth be told, he'll end up at UAB.;-) In the end they'll probably be the only program close to home that will give him the attention that he so badly wants...
