Omnibus Thread on SEC Tournament...

The NET, which the NCAA selection committee uses, has Alabama, UT, AU at 5, 6 & 8.

It’s extremely hard to separate us right now. I still think UT will pull away but all things considered it’s been a fun year.

So next up is the fighting @Bazza ’s in Gainesville. In theory we should win by 15 but I’ll never take them for granted on the road.

Johni is playing his best ball right now. He’s a truly elite college center. It was all him all night. When he got the ball in his hands last night he’d do one of two things: go iso and beat his man or find Jaylin, and it was practically indefensible.

I pointed out the game last night on our forum and posted.....these two teams are putting on an offensive clinic.

Which they did.

I really like our team this year but we'd have to be on our best game to compete right now with either Bama or Auburn.

I will remain optimistic, of course. But right now it's obvious which teams are getting it done!

Florida has good guards and we’re not above getting rattled and going away from what works in Johni in the road (see the first Bama matchup).

Plus this has all the ingredients to be a letdown game. We shall see.

Who is Johni at Auburn?

I've not looked at any of the power rankings but just looking at Florida's schedule, they appear to be pretty good. They have played a decent out-of-conference schedule and have lost a couple of close games against good teams.

The difference between home and the road in basketball is (and always has been) nuts.
