I agree… I was always a huge Julio fan. Good luck in retirement you deserve itJulio was a really great Receiver in college and the Pros. Julio was also an A-1 Athlete.
I was there too with my mom. She still talks about that catchSaw this live and in person!

Yes he is an easy HOF. Question will be if he is first ballot or not. Personally, I think he should be first ballot. He is a clear top 10 WR of all time IMO.I was watching a YouTube highlight reel of him this morning. The fastest to 10k yards receiving in NFL history. For about 8 years or so he was the best in the league. But, as we saw when he was at Alabama, he was injury prone. His career really tapered off after that point.
I hate it he never got a Super Bowl ring. But he has to be a hall of famer, right? It is rare to see someone so athletically gifted also be so incredibly disciplined. He was truly one of the greats and perhaps was the singular recruit who got the Nick Saban train rolling.
He should be a 1st ballot, but the voters are weird and don't always put some receivers in on 1st ballots. Julio was never a jerk so he might get in quickYes he is an easy HOF. he had a QB and OC in Atlanta that always seemed to forget he existed when they got to the redzone. The only knock on Julio from a pro career perspective would be his lack of touchdowns. Other than that, I would say for sure a Hall of Famer and one of the most impactful recruits we've ever had.
Probably not, because a lot of it had to do with the team and QB he played with, and then add the injuries he started having in his career.Love Julio. Definitely a HOFer. I am not certain he is a top ten all time NFL WR though.
Julio doesn't have a super bowl ring because his OC and HC were morons. Plus a runningback decided not to block D. Hightower. Julio had 2 incredible clutch catches in that game that were completely forgotten because of the outcome.I hate he didn't get that superbowl ring. He certainly earned it. But the hall of fame is full of guys who were not in the right place and right time. He certainly will be in there one day. Wonder if he's interested in coaching?
