Just playing devil's advocate here...
It looks as if the two players lined up behind the nose-guard are placed there to get a little extra speed rush against the offensive line. Instead direct contact against the offensive line, they have a few yards to build up some steam. You also have two linebackers playing the wings to probably take care of the tackles or what looks to be the tight-end on the right side of the offensive line. You then have two other linebackers behind them to probably pick up the run or control the middle.
You then have a standard secondary, although the deep safety is not shown in the picture. If I had to guess, it's an extreme version of the 3-4 - few people directly on the line but a lot in the middle to add speed against the rush.
Then again, I'm not a defensive coordinator, and I'm just guessing at this point.
