This is a dream scenario.

I expect us to come out spitting fire.... It will be over early, kinda like ND in 2012.

BAMA 45
UGA 10 (Only b/c we have 3rd string and walk on players in at the end.)

Jalen gets tired of the critics and balls. 14/20 passing for 240 yards and 2 TD's. Runs for 40 and another TD. Harris goes off for 140 and 2 TD's. Jacob's and Bo combine for another 70 yards and a TD. (Yes almost 500 yards of offense.)

Spitting fire, the D puts on a showing holding the Dawgs to under 200 total yards.
Not really, you are giving Fromm WAY too much credit. Maybe if he were a Jr or Sr. Not a freshman. He will disappear like Manti Te'o girlfriend!

Reasons I'm confident: Bama has a considerable edge in big game experience. Mobile QB that can not only escape pressure but be a weapon. Opportunistic defense with a penchant for scoring TDs. Stopping (or at worst limiting) the run is our bread and butter. This team wants to finish.

Concerns: Chaney is a good play caller. Kirby has immense familiarity with our schemes and tendencies. They have a great FG kicker. While not as deep as us, first string talent is practically a push at every position.

UGA has just come off a emotional victory, couple that with a long flight back to Athens and you have yourself a team that may not be focused for about a quarter or two.

Bama’s D smothers the run, forcing Fromm to play like a true freshman, we get enough production on O to get distance. A late turnover by Georgia gives Bama a TD and puts the dagger in their championship hopes. I don’t anticipate much scoring in this one so I’ll go:

Alabama 24, Georgia 7

“#17 in route...”

I really think the UGA players will overcome the emotional victory and travel fatigue and be ready to play Bama. They are on the big stage in their home state with no championship since 1980, with a coach who coached for Saban many years. They will be pumped up just like Bama will. I would love to see Saban have a 12-0 record v his assistants, and tie Bear Bryant. If our defense comes out angry again, we will have a much better chance of winning, even though we will sorely miss Anfernee. It's our offense I am worried about, and our field goal kicking.

I think it’s going to be close and worry about Jennings being out. This is Kirby Georgia not Richt Georgia.

Georgia's two RB's are beasts, similar to what we have had in the past(no, I don't think we have them, or at least we don't use them). Our LB corps got healthier, then took a step back. Jalen hasn't improved the way we needed him to. All signs point to an UGA victory. But Saban never follows the signs, and always beats his students.

All signs point to a Georgia victory ? I didn't realize that. Expound on that remark if you don't mind.

As someone else said, I'm glad we're playing UGA and not OK. I think we match up better with the Dawgs.

27-17, Bama.

No doubt. Having only five days to prep for Baker Mayfield would have been a huge challenge.
