They haven't ruled out using all three QBs? That spells trouble.
Shhh!!! Don't tell them that!

Seriously, I don't know what our defense would do if we're attacked by all three QBs. How would we prepare? We'd never know what to expect. I really hope the Barn doesn't go with the three-pronged QB approach so we can have a chance to win!

I am going with 34-10. I hope we can get some more NOTs in this game so th snowball effect will take place and the score reaches the 50's for us and single digits for them.

Man Reb,

You got my pick! I've got to post my prediction quicker. [emoji3]

The easy prediction is that this game will start out slow and methodical on both sides, but with the way Auburn tackles the chance for another result could materialize.

This has one of those Bama rips their heart out in hurry on goes Gronk with it and spikes it through the turf 21-0 in a blink. Ball control and line domination from there on. Sorry Barn, no Cam-like 2010 comeback.

I'll go 41-9

AU has given up an average of 16 points in SEC games this season. In SEC road games, 18 points with 29 at Ole Mi$$ being their worst performance.

AU has averaged 28 points per game in SEC play with the numbers being equal home vs away.

BAMA gives up 15 points in SEC play and is very stingy at home allowing less that 8 PPG

BAMA has averaged 39 points per game in the SEC with numbers being equal home vs away.

Based on the numbers and the eye test, both defenses are legit so I don't see either offense coming anywhere 28 or 39 points. Auburn has perhaps the best FG kicker in the nation who is almost automatic from inside 50-53 yards. That is about all they have and unless Pettway and White have had miraculous recoveries this week, I don't see them having much success. Yes, Gus will probably have some ridiculous school yard play he's been waiting to test all year but , AU won't score more than 16 (3 long FG and the ridiculous crap play).

LSU gave the blue print to slow the BAMA offense. However, for the most part Jalen hung in there and besides one bad decision didn't make mistakes to get them beat. He won't have the hostile crowd to deal with on Saturday and he will continue to grow leading BAMA to a 23-16 victory.

I think we can duplicate some of the success Georgia had with outside runs especially late in the game.

Jalen will extend some drives with 3rd down runs and our D will limit their rushing attack.

This prediction assumes we start somewhat slow. I really feel like they will quit if we jump on them early. I could definitely see a larger margin of victory in that case.

Roll Tide!

The team will be ready, but with quiet resolve. My crimson colored glasses see Auburn getting 3 field goals for 9 with the Tide scoring 38. Coach won't be embarrassed with our first half performance this week.

My biggest concern is our offensive play calling and whether Kiffin will adjust more quickly to what is not working and go with something that is working. He has a tendency to be stubborn and stick with the pre-planned game calls even when it is not working. My other concern is that we are getting to be too dependent on Jalen running the football and have become a finesse spread option team with no power running game when we need it. With saying all of that, I think we are going to struggle offensively against a good AU defense and it is going to be a low scoring game. Our defense will show up and hold AU down too.

Unless our defense forces some turnovers and short fields, I think we end up winning 17-6 or 20-10. I hope I am wrong and we win by 30 points but I just see a defensive dominated struggle on Saturday.

Chattanooga showed that we can be somewhat vulnerable to the catch the snap and throw immediately game plan. It basically negated our pass rush. I'm sure Gus will try to do a bit of the same thing and may have some early success. In the end though, I think our defense will be too good.
So I'll pick Bama in a fairly low scoring game 21-13.
