This time last year I was very confident that we would beat Clemson. This year I have not got near the same feeling although it gets a little better each day!

I feel like 31-10 Bama. We stuff their running game. Tyrod throws some pick 6s. Ingram, Julio, and McElroy all have big days. Late in the game Trent comes in and breaks a long run on a tired Defense that can't get off the field.

If not for VT's defense and special teams I think Bama scores more but 28 sounds reasonable! Vt gets a couple of field goals and manages a td on special teams.

I don't think either team will have a great game. I expect some mistakes and miscues from both offenses. But we have the better defense and that will be the deciding factor.

I don't think VT has a chance againist our defense. I see 14 - 0 at the half. Another touchdown late in the 3rd quarter and a field goal in the 4th to shut them out. If our defense is really on the ball, one of those touchdown might be theirs!!

17 to 10 Virginia Tech. Their Defense is solid as is Bamas..i just feel the inexperience at the Oline position (what Clemson had last year vs ya'll) will ultimately hurt Bama vs a Bud Foster Blitz defense. Which will keep the Tides D on the field most the game..enough for us to put up 10 pts with the offense and followed by a defensive/special teams TD. Heres to a good game and I hope Cody gets better. I want everyone healthy for this one!

I started the spring very confident on this game, but the closer we get, the more nervous I am. I never predict an Alabama loss; the idea is too bitter to contemplate. I have a ton of respect for Frank Beamer, though, and I'm sure he will have his team ready.

UA over VT 16-13 in 60 minutes of brutal carnage, with the outcome in doubt until the final snap.
