Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

Auburn fans are scrambling trying to pretend all is well....TJ's recruitment is just one example of the wheels coming off...

Yeah, really? Where'd you read that? I'd like a glimpse.

It's going to be one day in the Iron Bowl when T.J. is running all over you and you will swear he's just trying to make his way to your sideline to change jerseys. Geez, people, reality! Participate!
LOL, you're funny. "Run all over us" like the barn did this year with your "great RBs"....LOL

Auburn has been surviving on one wobbly wheel all season. I've been waiting for that last one to finally fall off. I would love for TJ to be the one to kick it off.:)

Is that like the reality of J Lee saying AU had over 90 locks last year. Or like all the AU fans screaming if Yeldon flips UA is cheating.

BTW if you are not worried why are you on a UA board defending that Yeldon is not going anywhere?

And FOB we can not post paid info on the board, but what I read was that Yeldon will not make a public announcement or speak about it. That Vickery will make the announcement in the next couple of days. That Vickery will handle it and Yeldon is to be left alone. It may not be true, but I saw it last night and today Vickery comes out today speaking on behalf of Yeldon. So I like where it is heading.

Hmmm, haven't we seen similar events before? :) I'm with you; I'm thinking I like this.

If all was status quo there would be no need for any other statements, huh?

Exactly TidenGA, all these people are making a big deal over TJ because they are worried about him flipping. Really has nothing to do with TJ at this point. They just do not want to lose him to BAMA.

If I was a betting man I'd bet that no matter how good Yeldon is, if he goes to Auburn, Coach Saban will have D linemen and LBs that are even better at shutting him down.

With the LB'er corps he has assembled this year, not many running backs will have much of a chance.

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

Yeldon would be foolish to go to AU. Auburn is a sinking ship. TJ can labor in obscurity on plains or be in NY for the Heisman ceremonies. After all , our last 2 starting running backs were in NYC for the prize and both were or will be 1st rounders making millions in the NFL.

The O-line at AU right now is mediocre at best. Its hard to make a name for yourself when you are getting hit behind the line as soon as you touch the ball. There is no magic formula that is going to make their players tough and able to handle the rigors of SEC play. AU is built for finesse , not power football.

Well, at least his medical bills will be covered from getting hit so hard.

:BigA: The Aubbies can suspend their best back from the bowl game and use that as excuse when they arent doing good. So if if you are a good back and dont have the offensive line you get a free pass of being suspended as a excuse. How many yards did he have against the Bama defense ?LOL

Message to FOB: reading comprehension, please learn it. This is a message board where we discuss things. Most don't think he will flip but there is obviously some doubt lingering out there that no one is sure of. MOOOOOOOOVE on out if you don't like it.

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

I would be delighted to see Yeldon at Bama, but if he chooses to stay firm with his commitment, I am completely giddy watching and hearing the Boog Nation in complete melt down over the rumor he may flip. Seeing those nutjobs go bat-poop crazy is just so rewarding. Maybe more rewarding then seeing the Bama faithful go crazy if he commits to the good guys on NSD! RTR!! :BigA:

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

I wonder if Yeldon is spring enrollee, can he be on hand to see us win number 14? He won't be able to be in Atlanta for the fried chicken bowl I know if he signs with the boogs. I think its is based on the players report day or school starting.

I would think this would be alluring to a RB prospect for sure. If you're elite, you can still play early here. See Ingram, Richardson, Fowler as RS (I think Lacy redshirted to heal...). And Hart would've played. Don't listen to the lies TJ.
