Lemonade Cake

Follow the directions for one Pillsbury Moist Supreme Lemon Cake mix.
Add: 1 box lemon instant pudding mix, beating two minutes; then add ¼ cup
lemon juice and beat again.

Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool
15 minutes, invert onto plate.

Glaze

1 cup confectioner’s sugar
½ cup milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice.

Whisk the glaze ingredients together and pour over the warm cake.

That would have to be good with either a good cup of coffee or some real lemonaid.

The recipe wouldn't be hard to change into an orange or strawberry cake.

My wife makes a lemon cake similar to this but doesn't put in the pudding. Where the mix calls for water, she substitutes apricot nectar in it's place and uses the same glaze as above. She makes this in a bundt pan and it is really good. She also makes a strawberry cake from mix and where the recipe calls for water she adds strawberry nectar instead. The strawberry cake is a layer cake and she puts strawberry jam between the layers and uses a cream cheese frosting. YUM!!!!
