I'm thinking it would take him getting a leg cut off or something like that to not be able to play. This kid will play tonight, if you ask me.

I think so too, but Saban seemed pretty adamant that he wouldn't play if he was sick and dehydrated. We all know stomach bugs can definitely do that to you too. Get some fluids in you and keep them down Ro! We need you tonight!

It doesn't affect all people equally. Some of the other players have had it and practiced through it...

Still not cleared according to the T News. My guess is it is like the NFL...a game-time decision. Hightower predicted Ro will be more than ready to go.

I was inside the Rose Bowl yesterday when the team did their walk through. Ro looked good and was the first one off the bus. He and Mike Johnson led the team down the tunnel onto the field. He looked 100% ready.

Who would step in for him? Do we move LBs around? I would think that he will be o.k. but just asking.

But I believe he'll be good to go. LBs would be moved in that instance, but again, positive thoughts. Ro won't miss this one.

It might not be his choice. Coach Saban says that he must be medically cleared. I want him to play not just for selfish reasons but because he is a great kid and deserves this.

Seems odd if they haven't, though I realize its entirely possible.

Gamesmanship, pure and simple. Remember the episode of "Coach" where the player "breaks" his leg, shows up to a PC in a wheel chair, then leads the team out on the field to win the next week?
