Re: What do we do if Ro cant go?

There're a couple of other guys who got it also, but I'm hearing everyone is OK now, and that comes from someone who's always on the sideline...

Thanks Earle everyones been worrying about that for days. Hopefully the offense can keep Rolo and the defense rested on the sidelines.

Our "D" is tough. Deaderick played with a gunshot wound, and Ro will play with a stomach virus. And we will win too :)

So y'all are saying I can quit worrying about Ro being less than 100% and go back to worrying about Marquis Johnson having his thumb in a cast against a passing spread offense?

Aargh ... I promised myself I would not be as nervous about this one as about the Florida game ... but I guess I lied.

Well on ESPNU they just reported that Javier Arenas gave one of their reporters the thumbs up when asked how Ro was doing. I have not seen anything official yet but I would be very surprised if he does not play. The only question is how has this illness affected him and his performance today. I expect he will not let us fans or his team down.

Unless you can link something, I'm not buying it.

You don't get held out of a game for a 24-hour stomach flu.
exactly. And that 24 hrs was up a day and a half ago. So if he's still sick, it ain't just a bug. Me thinks he's fine and was never really in question once they figured out what it was.

I guess I'm misunderstanding the situation. Yes, the illness lasts for 12 or 24 hours, but isn't it the dehydration and other after effects that they are keeping an eye on now?
