Pyongyang, Democratic Republic of Korea
Slovakia & Poland donating Mig 29s.

Not sure if this is a game-changer, but I suspect Ukraine could use all the help it can get.

Based on what i read, no. According to internet experts :) MIG-29 is a short range interceptor that lacks the radar and weapons range to go up against the longer range Russian fighters. Basically, it's why they are asking for F-16's so they can match the range and deny more airspace to Russia.

Not that I care much, but angling for position might be bad for his health.

If Putin views him as even a remote threat, Medvedev will likely find a window to jump out of.
There are a bunch of them now. He's echoing Putin, so I doubt he's in trouble. Remember he was a placeholder for Putin for one term. The one I wonder how long he will last is Prigozhin...

Apparently, last summer, Prigozhin and Shoigu had such an altercation that it came to physical blows.
Prigozhin was angry because the Russian Army general in charge of logistics had been fired. This joker (the fired Russian logistics general) had been funneling contracts to ... you guessed it, Progozhin.

I really think that Prigozhin will be finding a window with a nice view and drop soon...

Everybody has a krisha ("roof" in Russian).
Maybe this Krisha has someone else to take over the op.
I've always thought Prigozhin was replaceable. He apparently thinks they're loyal to him personally. Hah! Just wait until someone else is signing their paychecks...

Russian language article from a non-Kremlin critic of Putin.

Tanks are not outdated
Artillery is still the god of war
Drones are more important than fighters First drone war
Hierarchy doesn't work
Logistics and supply at the forefront Quantity no longer translates into quality Privateers on the battlefield
Monitors instead of machines
Nuclear weapons provide no advantage Cyber offensive failed
The war machine is powered by microchips
The space of struggle is everywhere Defense is ahead of offense
External intensity control
Missiles alone cannot be successful Nature cannot be defeated
War within the cities
Original in Russian, if you want it.
The author appears to be Armenian, given the name.
He writes, "It is hardly to be expected that under an authoritarian regime based on corruption, nepotism and extreme levels of inequality, the army will turn out to be an institution based on other principles."
Further, such a system, being more evil, in organizational terms, always loses to the system that is built on the principles of self-organization and feedback, and hence freedom. ... the ability to take the initiative, think flexibly and make decisions based on constant access to up-to-date information (communication systems, intelligence, etc.), is more efficient than a rigid multi-layer hierarchy."
Finally, "Russian troops, due to a lack of trucks, simply cannot maintain combat operations at a distance of 160 km from railway supply lines."
