And now Tyrann Mathieu somehow gets Heisman recognition across the nation. I just dont see how. He is a thug and a dirty player and has a good punt return and now all of a sudden he is #1? Doesnt make sense. Oh ya and CBS loves him too.

Other than the one play against Dre - for which he apologized - Mathieu has been a clean player. The weed thing should disqualify him from the Heisman, but let's not devalue the meaning of the word "thug" which should be reserved for the Tony Sopranos and Marlo Stanfields of the world.

2nd straight year the East representative gets demolished in the SEC title game. Even though the East has more SECCG wins in these 20 years, the West has never been this outclassed. I don't see it changing next year either.
