SEC Recruiting Map - Very Cool!!!

This is a Google Map of where all the recruits for SEC teams are coming from this year. It is pretty informative in showing where each school recruits from most heavily. I believe that it updates as the recruits come in, so you might want to keep this around to see how everyone is doing. I saw it on TigerForums and thought you guys might be interested.

I remember an old map that I think an LSU fan did that I like a bit better. It put a circle around each location that a recruit came from, and if the circles overlap they would change colors. It was kind of like a weather map, where the most concentrated areas were dark red and stuff. It was a while ago, so some of you might remember it, some might not.


Wonder if that guy made one for this past recruiting season?

It had to be a difficult decision for the kid. His entire family is MSU thru and thru...and the early committment, well...anyway. He has visited LSU a couple of times, and really liked what he saw there with the facilities. He attended a QB meeting, and got to know the coaches really well. He basically said he just felt right there, and was willing to fight for a chance to play QB at LSU.

Based on everything I've read/heard about the kid, he's very much a class act. I hope his abilities can keep up with his character...if so, he'll have a great career.

Apparently Croom is in dire need of QBs in the 09 class. He had commitments from 4 QBs (with Garrett being a recent defector)??? Overkill...

In other news, LSU's recruiting class is shaping up to be absolutely ridiculous.
