I just wanted to mention that any previous posts that have a contraction using an apostrophe are showing up as weird code.
Please don't suspend anyone for trying to use coded cursing.
I tried to edit any of mine that I saw but I'm seeing it in many other people's posts.
The CFB memes, tweets, images, jokes, etc. thread does not work at all.
I can't find this in my iPhone Safari settings.SOLUTION TO THE LIKE / CONFIRM ISSUE
The reaction / like issue isn't a totally a site issue. It is a really a browser permissions issue.
I use MS Edge as my browser but the same solution should work for all browsers :
Even though I had "allow javascript" enabled, for some reason it wasn't allowing it.
Solution: I went into my MS Edge browser settings:
menu: Privacy, search, and services>Site permissions>All permissions>JavaScript>Customized behaviors
and added tidefans.com and www.tidefans.com to the allow sites list.
I know there has to be a better site-side solution, but this is the only one every help note I've found says is what the solution is.
SO, if you want ALL the previous reactions/likes AND to eliminate the confirm Like screen, do this.

I had Javascript on. Turned it off, then back on. No longer see the "confirm" button. On most phones / browsers, JavaScript is enabled by default. It used extensively on responsive websites and disabling it severely limits user experience.
Checking / enabling JavaScript on your iPhone / Safari (and other similar phones / browsers)
Once you've done this you should be able to long-click/press on the LIKE to see all the options.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Click on Apps (at bottom of settings page)
- Scroll down and click on Safari.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the Safari settings page and tap Advanced.
- Find the JavaScript switch and slide it to the right to turn it on (the switch will appear green).
- Refresh the TideFans page
on a computer here are instructions on how to do it on various browsers. Even though my browser allowed javascript, I specifically added tidefans.com and www.tidefans.com in the "allow javascript on these sites" section of the browser settings.
Users who have installed blockers of various sorts will have to check those apps and figure out what they need to do.
Give me more details and / or screenshot because I’m not sure to what you’re referring !How do we turn on the option bar? Like for blue text? It's all grayed out.
just wanted to emphasize this solution for those of you who may still be experiencing this anomaly.SOLUTION TO THE LIKE / CONFIRM ISSUE

Edit: @Ledsteplin reports that turning the javascript off then back on worked, too.
