Game Thread: Sugar Bowl: Florida vs. Louisville

  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

Absolutely. Florida is pulling an Alabama 2008. When you play inferior competition, sometimes you don't care enough to show up.
I agree - I was joking - when it isn't your team it borders on hilarious, watching something like this play out. You can tell that the individual Gator players are full of themselves. They have no respect for their opponent, and they are getting their behinds handed to them.

Fundamentals or mental?
They should win 10 out of 10 at the end of the season. After this long lay-off, FL seem to be really rusty.

Well, part of coaching is supposed to be to prepare the players fundamentals so they hold together under mentally-trying situations...

What worries me is the REF's

I have seen to much of Florida jawing and pushing all year..

you don't care to show up to the sugar bowl? Thats a silly take. Don't be myopic. Louisville is the better football team out there. period.

If they don't score here, they may as well give their starters an early shower. Make sure the water is cold enough so they wake up.

I think you can see perfectly the difference in personality between CWM and Coach Smart. Back when CWM was with Coach at LSU - Muschamp got a lot of credit for the defensive performance the blitzing attacking style. The notoriety went to his head thinking he was the smartest guy in the room. He leaves for short stints at AU and TX. But it really looks like he hasnt developed much emotional maturity along the way. I agree with Earle, I dont think he is ready to be a HC at this level.

I think it is pretty telling that Smart has stayed as long as he has with Saban and Muschamp stayed as short as he did with Saban...

Being here at the game, Louisville is playing like they wanted to be here, while UF fans felt like UL was beneath them. Now, the UF fans are silent...

On the interception note, I'm out of here. See those who are making it t Miami soon!
