the weird - what prompted review of first down late in the fourth quarter? is that called a "booster review?"
no, the one on third down where the officials signaled first down and it was overturned on review! and I guess should have added weirder - not running your top back on fourth down!
We made enough mistakes to lose 3 games. BY is sensational...I sure hope we learn from this one. We are awful "young" at WR...experience in our system and game experience with BY.
Ugliest game I've watched in a long time. Everyone was inconsistent. At least Bryce pulled it together at the end.
Good: we did the minimum to survive. Reichard and Young are legends.
Bad: all phases, at one point or another. OL still terrible. Running game inconsistent, as I feared. Unforced errors left and right.
Ugly: coaching contribution. Whether offense or defense, we seemed to be in the wrong set or calling the wrong play all day.

G- We won.
B- We just did not seem ready to play. It was very similar to A&M, LSU, Arkansas, and Auburn games last year. Perhaps we figure things out and compete for a championship again.

I didn't think it was so weird that they reviewed it, because it was fairly close. It was weird that they overturned it after reviewing it for 10 minutes. If it takes that long, you can't claim indisputable evidence.
Replay drives me insane. They should get 10 seconds to look at a play. Play it once in regular speed and once in slow motion. If it isn't an obvious correction, go with the play on the field and move on. Also, why do they bring out the stupid little screen for the onfield official? He's not making the call. It's stupid and maddening.
I saw another one that took forever against Stanford tonight. They called a TD in the back of the end zone, reviewed it forever, then claimed his heel came down over the line. No way was there indisputable evidence of that from what I saw.
The good: Reichard and Bryce. Reichard is awesome. BY reminds me of Joe Montana - finding ways to make the plays we need to win the game.
The bad: play calling other than the last two drives.

Ugly: Middle of the field was open most of the game. Didn‘t take advantage until 4th quarter. Sarkisian showed how to put your weapons in position to win. No imagination on offense. No explosiveness from our starting skill players.
