fixed it for ya. but i agree with the general gist of what you are saying.

Thanks,but
OPINE (verb)
The verb OPINE has 2 senses:
1. speak one's opinion without fear or hesitation
2. expect, believe, or suppose

You were kind to help. I suppose spin could work, but I didn't have that in mind.

Gays are really fun to be around. How come openly gay men are so lively and loud, etc? Not a knock by any means, anytime I have hung with gays it's always a fun time.

Also. Is Daniel Tosh gay!?!? At first it was just the jokes but he's throwing two or three gay jokes (on himself) an episode now a days. Thoughts?

And oh! Sometimes I'll be walking in the mall, restraunt, driving on the highway, work, or just Random places, and I'll catch myself staring at a girls umm booty, (it's so hard and painful not too say the a word) or a girls rack. I just love it. I'm only 20 and that might be why, but do you catch yourself staring or thinking lude (sp?) thoughts?

And how often do you find guys that you *wish* were gay?

Just things I've wondered.

Also, one last one. Views on psychedelics?

Regardless, most churches are far too approving of divorce and it occurs much more in most churches than it should. The only exception granted in Matthew 19 is for sexual immorality or "porneia" in Greek. It covers everything from adultery to fornication. It doesn't cover things like divorcing for inconvience, financial problems, and the like. I hate to say it but too many Christian-and I am one-sanitize divorce in ways that are displeasing to God.

Of course I am Anglo-Catholic (Episcopalian) and there are many churches in our denomination that are pushing for the ordination of homosexuals and the approval of same sex unions. It varies from Diocese to Diocese to what is accepted and what is not.
I am also an Episcopalian and struggle with the movement within the church to ordain homosexuals. I am not that much against letting them marry as long as they conduct themselves properly in public by that I mean act no different than the normal man woman relationship in public. I have several gay friends and shun none of them, my wife's best friend is gay, we have vacationed with a gay couple and I always have a good time around them. I actually like watching Bravo network just for the drama and laughs. I have been to gay bars (with my wife) and had a ball so I am not anti gay just against the flaming Nellies, Transvestites and having them ordained as my priest.

carry on. ;)

Because we're awesome. Fabulous, even. ;)

No idea... I've only seen the show a few times, honestly.

You think gay guys don't have lude thoughts? omg lol... yes, yes we do. ;)

And how often do you find guys that you *wish* were gay?
About as often as I see a gorgeous straight guy, I suppose. ;) One of my (gay) friends has a huge issue with this actually, where he always fawns over the straight ones, despite knowing that nothing more than friendship could ever come of that situation. Something about wanting what you can't have, I suppose. I don't suffer from that affliction, fortunately, but some of my best (straight) friendships actually began with a slight crush. Then as he and I would hang out more (and no reason was given to doubt his orientation), the attraction started to vanish and was replaced by a strong friendship. These guys, despite being very much my type, I never think about sexually. This same crush-to-friendship progression happened with guys I knew on various sports teams growing up, and in jujitsu classes now... bros before hoes, man.

Also, one last one. Views on psychedelics?
Not sure what that has to do with being gay, but I'm sure riz would be frightened of all dem colors. ;)

hmmmm and here i was thinking about getting back into jiu jitsu.
although it does explain why this one guy kept checking to see if i was wearing my cup....
Clearly your guard could use some work. ;)

But seriously, whenever I'm doing something physically intense like lifting or wrestling (outside the master suite, that is), there's very little room for sexual thoughts. My eye may occasionally wander in the gym, sure, but I've never gotten turned-on in that situation. So fear not!

Of course y'all have lude thoughts. I've heard all about the parties. Bunch of dudes all luded out and lubed up, I know how y'all roll.

Now I know you're full of it. I've got female friends, and they're friends only, but to say I don't think about them nekkid the whole time I'm around them would be an out and out lie. Now I don't know a lot about the gay gene you've got, but something tells me that it doesn't suppress those thoughts.
;)

Last time I was on acid I thought Ru Paul was Halle Berry. When it finally wore off I swore the stuff off forever. But the colors were pretty.

Not just a little bit? Maybe in the locker room? Come on, this thread is supposed be official troofs.

I wasn't lying, actually.

I think the difference with your example is that your female friends could actually sleep with you. Sex is a possibility there. With my straight friends, it's not. So while I recognize their attractiveness and we may occasionally joke about it, I don't really think of them sexually because I know that is an option which is closed to me. Perhaps it's a trained skill to prevent me from pursuing an impossibility, but it's there regardless.

Nah, I'm there to do a job, not to get aroused. I actually avoided joining a gym until college because I thought I'd get instantly turned-on in that situation, but it's just a completely different mindset that prevents it. The straight ones are little more than eye-candy to me there, and I'm usually too focused to notice in that situation unless we're talking a 9+/10. ;) Now it's different if I see a hot guy in the gym who I think is gay, mind you. I might investigate that a bit, and have been investigated in the past, but that difference ties into my previous point. Also my gym doesn't have showers, so I can't speak on locker room practices. ;)

You know you're supposed to be a promiscuous horndog, right?
The research, surveys, anecdotal evidence, and my own beliefs show that.

Charmin, this has definitely been interesting to read. I applaud your willingness to answer these questions in an honest manner. Many people like to use parts of the bible that support their personal convictions. I believe that above all, God wants us to love each other as He loves us. Therefore, I do not hate those that are different from me. The only person I have any control over is myself. I don't really have a question. I don't quite understand the gay attraction, but then, I don't really have to...

Okay I have an important question. It's scientifically proven that women naturally have bisexual tendencies, at least by the experiments I've conducted. So why are so many gay men exclusively gay? I truly believe the only thing stopping most women from being bisexual is social norms. But gay people don't care about social norms. I know I gay guy who is fine having intimate relations with girls, it's just like a slumber party gone wrong. But it's not that common. Does thinking about a girl, being sexy you know doing her thing, really not turn you on at all?
