This comes from a FB site called "College Football Troll." It isn't anything we haven't heard, but it does confirm what we have heard.
College Football Troll is a satire page. They might be mostly on the mark here, but in general, i wouldn't trust much that comes from that page. It's typically a mix of facts and exaggeration.

CNS believed in players' creating value for themselves. In that construct, the effort always precedes the reward, and, I'd suggest, a correct attitude almost always precedes the effort. In the words of Zig Ziglar, you have to be before you can do, and do before you can have.

"NIL" in its current form reverses the natural order, with predictable results to individual and team character...

Thanks for the heads up on the typical posts from that site.

I always take anything on Facebook with a grain of salt; however, in this case, their post aligns with what we've heard CNS say...maybe not a step-by-step commentary on his retirement, but he's made references to all of these concerns.
