Florida’s actually smaller then us. Florida starters are 6”2, 6”3, 6”4 6”10 6”11. We are 6”1 6”4, 6”4, 6”11 6”11. We scored 88 points a game on them. We just didn’t stop them especially in 2nd half we gave up 58 and 57 points in the 2 games.
When will Oats know the status of players looking at NBA possibilities? Not knowing makes it difficult for him to develop a final roster. Bediako threw him a curve two years ago.
If you believe Mark Sears is 6'1", then I've got some ocean-front property in Arizona for sale that I'd like to offer you. Florida plays one guy that's 6'1"... and he's their worst player in their rotation. And the defense you're talking about - guys six feet and under can't handle the bigger guards on teams like Duke, Florida, and Auburn. You simply can't play multiple guards who are 6 feet or less in today's game versus those types of teams. It was the single biggest factor in our poor performances against them.
Most of the key pieces are falling into place.
The house settlement approval hearing is Monday, so we may be getting 2 extra scholarships to help with that for this year. The NBA withdrawal deadline is June 15, so that's still pretty far away.

Honestly, I hope I don't see a post that Stevenson is returning. Actually, Bowen is the guy most built like him and he may have taken Stevenson's spot.

I agree, if the money’s right I could see me playing just about anywhere, sight unseen. Pretty girls, alcohol, good team, WiFi, cell service, most anything that could influence a young person are readily available most places now.
Nate loves him but I just didn't see it this year. He plays like he's 5'8.
