Poor FSU. Imagine people saying Philadelphia shouldn’t make the playoffs because Jalen Hurts suffered an injury. That’s what just happened to them lol.

not saying the committee got it wrong. Bama is clearly one of the best 4. But if something as arbitrary as injuries determines post season play, then the system is broken.
I don't think it was the injury but rather a lackluster win against a bad Louisville team.

I swear I think the talking heads come up with arguments to be made, write them down on index cards, spread them out on a conference table, and have a draft for who makes each argument. They can't all disagree on every point.

SoS caught up to them as well. The committee ignored SoS up until now, but they had a very weak SoS and that is actually something the committee should consider.

Basically when it came down to discussions in the room, FSU had an injury, that's criteria. They had weak SoS, that's criteria. They just didn't have enough to get them across the line, but the committee should have moved them down sooner...

Edit: Having said all that, but I feel really bad for them. That's a terrible position to be in. I'd hate it if Alabama was in the same position, I'd be mad. But! Alabama would never have an SoS of 62.

But losing your Heisman caliber QB undoubtedly makes them not as good (and by a good measure in this case) so regardless of their record they’re nowhere as good now as they were 3 weeks ago.

If it’s about the best teams at the end of the season that has to be taken into consideration.

And GA got screwed…but I ain’t losing any sleep over that.

Oohhhh oohhhh Seminoles gonna flip the table.
Not sure what you are saying but most would understand the decision was made SOLELY on the loss of their TOP TWO Qb's.

Add to this......we saw just last night their 3rd string QB play and he was TERRIBLE! They are just not the team they used to be - because of losing their TOP TWO Qb's.
