I was at that Rohan Davey game also. It was brutal.

LSU had 528 yards passing and 611 total yards. Josh Reed had 19 catches for 293 yards. All the fans were hoping for double coverage, but he was open the entire game. We only loss by 14 points, but it felt like 28.
I'll never forget it. On top of that I was already upset I had to pay full price for my three tickets, $35.00 each!!:eek2:

Northern Illinois. Nuff said.
From a physical discomfort standpoint, a game at Vandy sitting in cold rain back when John Mangum was playing.

Music City Bowl beat down to va tech. Sleet, snow, metal bleachers, horrible game. I did get a guy at the gate to agree to let me back in when I went at half-time to get more antifreeze. I even told him where i was going and what I was bringing back in. That was the only bright spot that night.

I lived up at the corner of 440 and Hillsboro Pike at the time and thought it would be 'fun' to walk to and from the game in that weather. To the game: fun. From the game: snot was frozen to my face and I'd had entirely too much to drink. Plus I had just witnessed my guys take a high hard one. Horrible.

Probably the Southern Miss Game in 2000. We lost 21-0 and couldn't smell the fifty yard line until late in the game when we put Zow in. I don't think I've ever felt sicker about the ineptitude and ineffectiveness of our offense. And if I remember correctly, there was so much dissension within this team that Freddie Millons refused to get off of the bus before the game unless Zow was named the starter.

That loss was the nadir of the worst season in my lifetime. We were ranked #3 at the beginning of the season with some pundits predicting us to go to the championship game. By the end of that game it was clear that we were one of the worst teams in America.

The Southern Miss game in 2000 was bad but the worst I ever saw in person was Missouri at Legion Field to open the 76 season. I believe the final was 20-7 but it was worse than that and I've never seen us dominated quite like that again. Todd could barely even take the snap before they were hitting him and we looked flat out horrible.

Of course we then won 11 in a row and finished second nationally. Go figure.

2005 Aub game was bad. Losing was too bad, I had kinda gotten over that at half time around the 6th time brodie got sacked. But I got into a fist fight with a drunk aub. I was in the band at the time and the guy decided that itd be fun to stomp on our instruments while we were boarding the bus. we lost the game but I won the fight....so thats something right?
at least he now has a "this one time at band camp" story to tell his friends ;)

It transcended any previous and any following game that I've sat through for pure anguish. You had to be there. A day that will forever live in infamy, at least in my mind...

2000 Iron Bowl...

Not only was it a Bama loss, but it was alternating between sleet and cold rain most of the game, both teams played pretty sloppily...no TDs, and a 9-0 final, and it was the end of the Mike Dubose debacle. The only Bama game I ever left early--and much of my experience going to games was during the 2000-2006 years, so that says a lot about my experience.

mississippi state in starkville in the pouring rain. we did win, but the rain was awful. everytime the ball hit the ground it did not bounce. that is really an awful field. dad got a speeding ticket on the way back (you have no idea how ironic that is). i cannot remember what year that was.

Easy, the 2000 USM game in Legion Field. First time I had ever seen the players booed by the fans as they walked through the tunnel to the dressing room after the game. Players had their hung listening to the boos. Sad sight indeed.

1984 LSU game in B'Ham. A friend and I , both sicker than a dawg, got up early and drove from Hattiesburg. I'm ashamed to admit that we popped the top of a bottle of Bacardi before we got to Meridian, hoping it would make us feel better. It rained the whole afternoon, we got soaking wet, and we lost the game. Needless to say, a long, long drive back that evening.

I did not attend a lot of games until I started attending UA in 2009. But the SC game last year was awful. We never really played like we should've and the fans were the WORST after the game.

The last three bama games I have been to are 2010 USC, 2010 Auburn, and 2011 LSU No. 1. Besides feeling like I'm totally cursed they have been pretty painful losses. I think the Auburn one was the hardest because I was so confident going into the game. I've never had a bigger emotional swing than I experienced during that game. When it was 21-0 I looked at my friend and said I had a dream last night and it wasn't going this well, then... It made it more painful knowing once they won that game that they were most likely going to win the national championship and we probably could've stopped it.

South Carolina was miserable because I was in the student section surrounded by cocks. That game also really shattered our feeling of invincibility. I was kind of just in a daze afterwards.

LSU 1 really devastated me because again I was super confident in that game, the atmosphere was great, and we should have won the game. I'll rate it third in hindsight because of winning the national championship, but that night and the next week I felt pretty horrible.
