I was expecting to get more commitments coming out of the weekend. I imagine there are a couple who have committed, but are waiting to officially announce on NSD. Any idea who gave their pledge to Saban? Thanks.
i'm with you on gibson and brown may be a "silent" commit, but mcknight i'm not so sure about.McKnight and Gibson.
McKnight is quoted as saying he knows already where he is going and that the Head Coach at the place where he intends to sign his LOI is like a father to him.McKnight and Gibson.
If anything, McKnight is a silent commit for USC. He stated in an interview around the time Bama hired Saban that he had already made his decision, if I can find the link I will post it, but I don't think Bama is going to make up what has been two years of a full court press by both USC and LSU in a month, but stranger things have happened.McKnight
Do you know something we don't?:conf3:I'm going to say this once and you guys can listen or not. Ignore all public statements attributed to McKnight, his coaches or anyone else out of Louisiana.
I've been thinking the same thing.I am hoping the silent committ is John Brown. If we end up with John Brown, Kerry Murphy, Alfred McCullough, Kourtnei Brown, Alex Watkins and maybe Sidell Corley on our defensive line.....WOW.....we will be set for a while. That would be a similar class to what we pulled in on the offensive line last year. We would look good in the trenches on both sides for a long time.
