Try 628 yards.
That's all? With about 175 holding calls missed I'd a thought they'd have reached 1200 or so.
We won and that is what matters. With what happened a lesser team might have folded like origami. Personally, I'm pretty damned proud of this road win in the freaking SEC against the #6 team (who should go up in the polls IMO) and against the best college player in a long while!!! But, that's just me. :)

Awesome game and I'm glad it's over. Very proud of our guys, particularly our OL. Loads of improvement over the past two weeks. I'm also proud of Kenny Bell and I'm happy he chose to stick it through the difficult times.

Did I mention how happy I am with the OL?

I don't ever want to see Manziel against Alabama ever again, these classics we've been in over the past year!

Just watched the Saban/Fowler post game interview....Coach seems to have mellowed and gave a wonderful synopsis of the game. Really enjoyable to see.

Whew! That nearly gave me a heart attack. AJ was on fire, while OJ and Vogler both looked excellent. Two legitimate TE's will be a real game changer. RTR!

Johnny football is the real deal.. Their defense is their Achilles heal. They find a defense and they would be a top 3 team. Congrats to our team. It was a total team win. Roll tide!

Ugh, now I have to go get ready for a business dinner for my husband's work. All I want to do is read about this game and watch replays. Lol.

I won't go into specifics, but I got a PM from another poster fussing at me for a comment I made about the horrid officiating. I can't be the only one who saw that as a terribly officiated game. Johnny threw over the line of scrimmage, not to mention the holding that #76 was committing. If I even attempted to type out just some of the bad calls that were made, I'd be here all night. Anywho, we won, and that's what matters. Time to get ready for Jim McElwain and the Colorado State Rams.

I cannot recall the last time Bama had such a high scoring game and won by only 7. That being said, I am glad we came out with a win and was wondering during all the heroics of Johnny. Thanks for the OL play. Thanks for AJ leadership. Thanks for Sunseri. Thanks for Mosely. I wanted a beat down of the aggies, but got to give it to the aTm kids, they never quit. I hope we get some DBs healed up soon. Oh, thanks for Jalston Fowler and Drake for their work. Did I thank the OL? Well, I second that thanks.:BigA::BigA:

I think that all of the close calls went aTm's way, and there were a couple of horrible calls that went their way, but you won so I would just let it go.

Texas A&M should move UP in the polls after this game. That was the talk at my local bar here in Virginia...where they are NOT necessarily Bama fans. I tend to agree.

They are a top 5 team, and they will work their way back into the top 5 over the course of the season.

I agree that we will get better on D as the season progresses--the talent we have playing there is too good not to. In a way, this was a great experience for them. They may not face a better O the rest of their collegiate careers.
