It very likely confirms that the coaching brain trust that made Washington run is Ryan Grubb who is now OC with the Seattle Seahawks. Disagree or criticize my opinion but I don't see DeBoer capable of success in the SEC. We hear frequently about installing his "system". From my perspective that "system" is playing QB with the Alanta Falcons and coaching in Seattle. This makes me want to laugh in his face
What game are you watching today to suggest we had any running game. Outside of a few runs by Milroe and Richard Young Michigan dominated our offensive line today.Well, I do think Jam would have done better if he was a more focal point of the offense instead of just a change of pace. He gets ten carries while Milroe throws the ball 32 times, that seems uneven doesn't it?
Having said that, if we just go by averages which can be misleading, Jam averaged 5.1 per carry in his time at Alabama and Haynes averaged 5.9. I certainly would have liked to see both get more carries though, but my main point was just if people didn't like how the running game looked with Jam, perhaps we should have seen more of the other guys as well.
It was in the threads talking about game prep for Michigan.Hmm, I guess I missed that
You don't remember what it's like to be part of a peer group as a teenager/young adult? For me, it's the MOST plausible explanation, they were offended FOR Milroe when we brought in Buchner. Interesting that Downs was Milroe's bfast buddy at the Waysider every week, and that's also the game he got trucked so badlyI’ve seen this suggested but I have a very difficult time believing it. What exactly is the player motivation to do this?
That’s great coach. But maybe make winning the game a little higher priority. Chuck Wepner was a fighter. How’d that work out.Post game conference:

DeBoer said “no I didn’t” when asked if he considered a change at quarterback with Jalen Milroe struggling early. “I saw a fighter. The fight in his eyes. As long as I see that, I want to hang in there with the guys this program means a lot to.”

We had running backs that got yards when they were given a chance. What game are you watching today to suggest we had any running game. Outside of a few runs by Milroe and Richard Young Michigan dominated our offensive line today.
As long as one IS Milroe and another ISNT Ryan then I’m okay with it.I will be shocked if DeBoer holds the locker room together after that game. The next 5 days will determine his future at Alabama.
Seth helped him up. Seth also said he was transferring to play for a real QB who wouldn't mess up the snap count and then went on to be the best center in college football. They refused to block for the other QBs. They wouldn’t even help Ty up. You’ll never convince me otherwise.
Really? Chaching! $$$$$$$$$I’ve seen this suggested but I have a very difficult time believing it. What exactly is the player motivation to do this?
As long as its not for usMilroe will not get drafted. He will be playing college football next year.
Milroe was paying them via LANK. It’s not exactly a secret.I’ve seen this suggested but I have a very difficult time believing it. What exactly is the player motivation to do this?
Maybe not for much longer on the Seattle front. Lots of smoke that Grubb may be out. Although what we might not like is that he is likely out due to his refusal to run the ball, which resulted in a poor offensive output. Might be a lump of goal wrapped in a gift bag though. Then again CNS was a pretty good judge of coaching talent at the college level and he surely wanted him. Doesn't make him perfect but it matters for something. It very likely confirms that the coaching brain trust that made Washington run is Ryan Grubb who is now OC with the Seattle Seahawks. Justice haynes didnt. And there was a lineman that stepped over him once too.Seth helped him up. Seth also said he was transferring to play for a real QB who wouldn't mess up the snap count and then went on to be the best center in college football.
