Sounds bad but we were thinking it might have been his knee so hopefully all is forgotten after the win. Hope that's the case.

I know this doesn't help the pain but I just knew he ripped his knee apart or even worse than that. Let's hope he doesn't have to deal with this more in the future. Mosley is a for sure NFL talent if he stays healthy (reminds me of DeMeco)

My hip joint popped out once sitting down on the couch. Sounded like a 22 rifle going off inside the house.

Also a friend and I lamented the tackle of CJ was the best Jefferson play of the evening!

Sadly for LSU fans it was! LOL! I loved how Musberger and Herbstreit were wondering if and when Jarrett Lee was going to come into the game, like that would have mattered! :BigA:

Okay if its a dislocated hip then its not nearly as bad as it looked at first. I'm not sure what the recovery timeline is on that, but thank god it wasn't a Prothro type injury. My stomach sank for a moment at first and that's what I thought of.

God speed to CJ on his getting healthy. You played your butt off and I'm proud of you.

I felt very bad for Mosely after making that game-breaking play for the team. I googled dislocated hip, and it sounds more painful than a blown knee with a fairly long recovery time (light jogging after 6-8 weeks, full function 3-4 months). So it is pretty serious and would be season-ending.

It was reported last night by the medical staff on hand that it was a fracture that included possible nerve damage and could be career theartening. Has new news been reported that this was misdiagnosed and is indeed a hip injury?
