So Bill Cassidy rubber stamps Trump's Cabinet nominations of jackweeds like RFK Jr.

His reward?

Trump is going to try and primary him out of his Senate seat.

All because Fat and Gassy is angry over Cassidy's impeachment vote.

I don't feel sorry for Cassidy, he's the one who had sex with the herpes infected hooker with the condom. But it reminds you that there is ZERO upside of siding with this childish little snit who if you gave an enema, nothing would remain.

Maine Senator Susan Collins appeared on the Senate floor today and announced her support for the Homeland Security funding bill, which would add billions to ICE’s budget despite nationwide outrage over the recent fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents in Minneapolis.

In her remarks, Collins referenced the killing of Pretti but repeated his name incorrectly while urging colleagues to approve the broader DHS package.

Collins claimed she “shares the concern” about the killing but pivoted to defend the DHS funding bill, insisting that over 80% of the money goes to non‑immigration, non‑border security functions, even as the package includes billions more for agencies like ICE that have been widely criticized for violence and lack of accountability.

Reality is hard. Reality is that you're fat, ugly and stupid and all your problems are probably due to your own shortcomings and bad decisions. Most folks aren't really happy with reality.

Isn't it much more pleasant to create your own reality by "speaking it into existence". One doesn't need facts or truth, in fact, those just get in the way. Isn't "truth" just what "most people believe"? If I say that Laetrile cures cancer, then it DOES. Any "evidence" that it does not is just lies and propaganda by "Big Medicine". Or whoever.

I don't need "evidence" to make slanderous accusations against my enemies. I just need vibes and feelings. We all know this person who does not agree with me is the wrong color or religion or I'll find some other reason. Obviously he/she was elected through fraud. For real, ANYONE whom I don't like or think is wrong should be in jail or dead!

This is where we are. Enjoy seeing your young grandchildren die of measles for "the strength of the herd". Where can I invest in Iron Lung manufacturers?

Good ole Laterile / Vitamin B-17 has been replaced by good ole Ivermectin /Febendazole. Which supposedly cures everything...

It is bizarre. We have a new mRNA vaccine that cuts your risk of recurrent melanoma and death by 50% and I had a patient with lung cancer check in to make sure we weren't using any mRNA on him. He'd rather take his chances at death.

This is a classic MAGA boogeyman. Vague, ominous, and unsupported. Just like voter fraud, the claim comes first and the evidence never arrives. When you cannot deal with the substance of protest, you invent a shadowy financier pulling strings. It is performance politics and loony conspiracy theory, not reality.

If your body is a gift from God, basic care and responsibility should come with it. Instead we get a culture war slogan. Invoking God to dodge science is not humility or freedom. It is a way to wash your hands of protecting children while pretending it is principled. Public health is not about telling adults how to live. It is about reducing preventable harm in shared spaces like schools. Call this faith if you want. The predictable result is outbreaks, hospitalizations, and dead children.
