Probably disciplined, at least. Attorneys are officers of the court and what he did was way over the line. He should have approached the court proactively with his problem. Deceiving the Court and the DA with a false address was a bad mistake...

Well, there has to be an actual oath administered for perjury to be charged, normally. Misstating a material fact to the court would be perjury. IDK if an address for purposes of ascertaining the defendant's whereabouts would qualify. I'd be surprised if it were charged, frankly. However, as I said, it is, IMO, misconduct...
