Knowing the evidence given to the NCAA, I'd say they're good. However, the NCAA works in secret, normally, and it will be a while before the outcome. I'd throw in again that it's important to pay attention to my edit to the opening post. The NCAA doesn't run parallel investigations, a la the barn theory of overlapping PLOIs. It just doesn't happen. You don't hear on one investigation while they work on another. They combine them, just as they did on our Means, et al, case. The sole exception to this was OU, which had FB and BB letters 14 months apart. This happened because the consent negotiations on BB broke down. This is yet one more reason that there is no "Gadsden PLOI" in the works, at least not for us...
